Programme of public assistance to Motor Sich JSC employees

Motor Sich JSC takes care of its employees’ social life. To cover their social needs, the company keeps:
- 3 day-care centers for its employees’ children;
- 6 hostels: 4 youth hostels and 2 family ones;
- Health care facility, with outpatient department and hospital;
- Sport centre;
- Shevchenko recreation centre;
- Meridian tourist base;
- Mayak children health improvement centre;
- Motor Sich after-work sanatorium;
- Motor and Priboy holiday centers an the Azov sea shore;
- Gorizont holiday hotel in Alushta, the Crimea, which can also sanatorium treatment;
- Raduga sanatorium in Volochisk.
The package of Motor Sich JSC program of employee assistance and social support includes the activities as follows:
1.The company has created conditions for disabled people to work according to a quote stipulated in applicable law;.
2.All the employees must undergo prophylactic medical examinations, as well as medical and health improvement measures in case of need;
3.Providing medical care to employees in Motor Sich JSC medical facilities;
4.The system of voluntary preferential medical insurance has been created at Motor Sich JSC;
5.All the employees are included in the system of comprehensive state social insurance under conditions established by applicable law;
6.Annual salary growth of at least 15-20%;
7.Free of charge personnel training and competence upgrading according to company needs;
8.Based on the workplace evaluations, additional payments up to 24% of tariff rate have been established for hazardous work conditions;
9.Financial support as much as one and a half salary has been established for the family of an employee who died of a general disease or accident;
10.An additional payment up to the average company salary level is paid to young graduated professionals for 3 years.
Consolidating corporative spirit and encouraging labor dynasties are priority directions. The affiliation of the preparatory department under Zaporozhye National Technical University has been established for this purpose. Approximately 100 senior high school students whose parents are Motor Sich JSC employees are taught therein. When seeking employment after graduating from Zaporozhye National Technical University, they have priority.
To encourage labor dynasties development, the Motor Sich JSC employees are rewarded if their children also became employed at Motor Sich JSC after graduating from universities, colleges, and technical secondary schools.
Special attention is paid to veterans of work and retired company employees. Thus the company Veteran Council has been acknowledged as the best in Ukraine in terms of its arrangement and support provided by the trade union and company administration. According to the Law of Ukraine of State Employee Retirement Income Security, activities are undertaken to prepare documents for reappraisal of pensions. 1145 retired employees have been assisted in pension reappraisal.
In the occasion of the International Day of Disabled People, 632 working disabled employees and 636 veterans of work were rewarded.
Motor Sich JSC has always assisted to its retired employees, veterans of work, disabled employees, large and low-income families.
