«Motor Sich EPK-2» («Мотор Сич ЭПК-2») is intended for radical operational treatment of all kinds of arthropathies and damages of the joints which cause deformation of the surface of the joint, when nonsurgical therapy are not effective (deforming osteoarthrosis, anchylosis, avascular necrosis, tumoral destructions, extensive traumas of joints surfaces). It completely recovers biomechanical functionality of knee joint. Use of «Motor Sich EPK-2» ensures social rehabilitation of patients. Prosthetic implant consists of hip component, insert, retainer clip and retaining screw. Hip component is made of cobalt-chromium-molibdenum alloy which complies with ISO 5832–4. Insert is manufactured from ultra-high molecular polyethylene plastic of «hirulen» grade as per ISO 5832–2. Retainer clip is made from VТ3-1 titanium alloy as per ГОСТ 19807.
