Meeting of shareholders of Motor Sich JSC

Motor Sich JSC informs that a regular general meeting of shareholders will be held at 14.00 hrs, March 25, 2010, in Zaporozhye 69068, 15 Motorostroiteley Av., in a conference room of the main factory.

Agenda

• On activity of Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company in the year 2009.
• On economic status of Joint Stock Company in the year 2009, main lines of production, financial and economic activity of Joint Stock Company in the year 2010.
• Report of Auditing Committee on the results of financial and economic activity of Joint Stock Company in the year 2009.
• Actual use of funds-in-trust formed at the expense of profit, distribution of net profit by the results of the year 2009, formation and distribution of profit in accordance with plan for the year 2010.
• On changes and amendments to the Charter of Motor Sich JSC, including the form of shares issuance, and organizational structure of Joint Stock Company.

The meetings starts its work at  - 14:00 hrs.
The participants of the meeting will be registered from 10.00 to 13.00 hrs on March 25, 2010 at the place of meeting.
The participants of the meeting are requested to have identity documents and the rights of shareholders. The shareholders’ representatives must have respective letters of attorney.
